As the air turns crisp with autumn approaching, the rich, full character of Boundary Bay's stout will suit many occasions, complimenting a meal or as a light repast all its own. This malty stout also been the cask-conditioned special, some recent Thursdays at 4:30 pm.

Head brewer, Skip Madsen characterizes this robust beer as a "Northwest-style" oatmeal stout, well-balanced between malt and hop, with an extra rich smoothness from oats in the brew. This beer is big and beefy, made with nine different grains, featuring a roasted richness in the aroma and chocolatey highlights throughout each taste.
